Several years ago after having a knee replacement at age 78. I was advised by my doctor not to run anymore, so I became an avid biker. After several bikes I finally got the bite and bought a high-end road bike. For years I struggled, and was determined that I could fit myself to the bike. I just got my bike cleaned and tuned up there and they did an excellent job. I asked for a few extras, which they provided. The service and the follow up was excellent.
My son picked out his so cal bike yesterday. Excellent service.. 100%. Will be back at a later date to pick out a bike for me..
We were very happy with Andrew helping us pick out our sons new bike. He was very knowledgeable, was very good with my son, cared that he was getting the "right" bike for him. They were getting 2 new ones in that were the correct size. Andrew asked my son which color he'd like,then said it would be put together and ready next day. Just as promised, I received a text less than 24 hours later, saying they had the bike ready and put together for him to try. There was NO obligation to buy.
