Walking into a shop and knowing nothing about the product can be a scary experience. The staff of this store was more than welcoming, sized me up in a matter of minutes and had my bike built within a day. I couldn't have been happier with the professionalism, the price and the patience that they had with my two young boys touching everything that wasn't tied down. And who can complain about a ten year service plan! 5 star service every time. Thanks guys!

Great bicycle shop, they just don't sell you any bicycle. The sell you the one that fits you and your needs. The staff is very knowledgeable, no matter which sales person or mechanic you deal with. Always friendly and easy to work with.
