I took it to them and asked for it to be serviced to include oil change, blades sharpened, etc. At the 6 week mark, I called to get an update on my zero turn mower. I spoke to a man who would not give me his name and was very rude to me after asking an update on my mower. I called back the follow week which put them having the mower for almost 2 months.
