Needed a part late on a Friday arvo for my caravan. Tried a number of places that had all closed early. Called into Pedders in the hope they may be able to help. First class service. The guy said it wasn’t something they normally dealt with but he’d have a look. Came Back with a few options that could do the job. This is what customer service should be about. I will be back.

Big shout out to Paul, Rob and the team for looking after us today on there last day of service for the year! Had some car issues on our drive from Mount Isa and Townsville, if it wasn’t for them getting us in last minute we wouldn’t make it for Christmas Day down south in Ballina. Super professional and friendly and exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this shop. Thanks mate, bunch of legends. Also sorry about the green ant infestation in the bullbar
