Dean and the team at Pedders were excellent to deal with and extremely knowledgeable and couldn't do enough for us with replacing our faulty suspension on our new Triton Dual Cab. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Booked van in for wheel alignment as it had just been serviced but was too large for the wheel aligner at our regular workshop. Son took it in and was met with attitude and arrogance from the get go. They were apparently busy…. Got a call at the end of the day claiming it needed major work (tie rod ends, ball joints etc). No wheel alignment done…but they’d send us a quote on work required. No quote yet received….so a total waste of time and effort. And btw they charged $28 to NOT do the wheel alignment…..great business model... read more
Took my ls400 in to get new coilovers, told them specifically that I only wanted them if they could keep it at the same height I already had it, or lower. They said they could do this. It wasn’t until I picked it up they told me it couldn’t go any lower, and was about 3-4cm higher than I initially had it, compeletly ruining the lowered look… Additionally, they never gave me the adjusting tool, and when I asked to pick the tool up, they told me to come the following week, as he didn’t know where it was?
