Took my ls400 in to get new coilovers, told them specifically that I only wanted them if they could keep it at the same height I already had it, or lower. They said they could do this. In the past I dealt with someone named Ben who was very knowledgeable and professional. The person I spoke to today told me he tried calling me back several times and left voicemails (I don't have voicemail set up) then just trashed the brand of suspension I bought to I assume upsell their suspension even though I had already bought the very well known brand and was asking about removing and refitting bushes to... then told me he couldn't help with my enquiry.
