This is the second time I've called this company to source parts for my vehicle - over a week apart between each call. I was hesitant to leave a review the first time, however, after this second ordeal with Pedders Hoppers Crossing, I am reluctant to ever give them business. Their phone support operator is hopeless, and is absolutely not willing to assist with customer inquiries. Very disappointed this time with pedders hoppers crossing . The previous time I went there for a wheel alignment Harley the old manager adjusted my steering wheel because it was off centered and it was sitting on an angle. Last week i have put four brand new tyres ,went back there for a wheel alignment and the new manager couldn't fix my steering wheel. he reckons that its fine that's how it should be.it's not fine because on freeways my steering wheel is on angle and it's not safe .He did test drive the car with me on old g... read more
