One of our new field vehicles needed a GVM upgrade. Fantastic job by the Pedders Bendigo crew. We had prepaid and it ended up there was a part quoted and paid for, but not required in the end. They contacted us to grab our bank details so that they could provide a refund. That is a business with integrity! Thanks guys!

Whilst the customer service has been great here, I question the quality of the components. I am now in the un-enviable position of having to replace my shock absorbers for a 3rd time in less than 2 years. Current set has been in just on 6 months and are now failing. All under warranty from Pedder's. I didn't think my base model Mercedes C200 was anything special beyond a family car, but it's going through Pedder's shockers like it's a Dakar rally daily driver! Staff were very friendly from reception through to mechanics communicating findings on the car, providing a thorough written report . They were honest in their appraisal and providing advice regarding my personal situation with the car- I would definitely recommend giving paddlers a go!
