Updated review in Sept 2025: ⭐️⭐️ I hate to have to drop the stars from my original review, but my next appointment was not as pleasant as my first. I set up my regular maintenance service appointment via MyHyundai app and selected the dealership recommended service, which is for "inspection". When I checked in, my service advisor (not Jason) had my car's cabin air filter and brake fluid marked for "replacement" instead of "inspection". I had a great first experience here! Bring my car for transmission fluid change. They provided outstanding customer service. Jason was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The team did an excellent job, completed the work quickly, and even washed my car before returning it to me spotless. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the smooth experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend their services!
My EV had a coolant warning notification, but my regular Hyundai service center won’t be able to look at it for 10 business days 🤯 I gave Pedder Hyundai of Poway a call and Jason managed to squeeze me in that very afternoon. Two hours later, my car is all fixed and even got a wash!! Highly recommend! They are worth the drive!
Great experience here. Brought it in for a check engine light which required 6 hours of warranty work. They worked with me to schedule a good date once the part came in and provided a rental vehicle for the day. In the process of the fix they identified another issue and proactively worked to service that issue under warranty as well. As an extra bonus the car came back cleaner than how I left it. I purposely came to this service shop after reading the other local Hyundai service reviews, and I’m glad I did!
