This dealership has gone downhill since Pedder took it over, but finally I'm frustrated enough to write a review. I've been having my truck serviced here for 6 years and service department used to be great (sales staff was never impressive). Pedder took it over and all of the sudden it takes forever to get an appointment, they rarely pick up the phones, and will never return calls from voicemails.
