Pedcor Homes is the perfect example of property management that gets too big and bloated. The headquarters is located in Indiana, so how can they possibly give the complex that I live in in Florida the attention it deserves? That's right, they don't. The result? Renters are sold a bill of goods. Hardly ANY of the amenities I was sold on works. Especially the pools and hot tubs - we were told there are two hot tub locations; one has been filled with cement, and the other does not work. We were told there were BBQ grills to us... read more
I’ve had some bad management At the apartments that I live in called the Reserves At Ridgewood in Georgia but ever since pedcor has taken over. It’s just been one disappointment after another. I can’t get anybody to call me back from the corporate office. I can’t get an email returned or a phone call. I have been displaced and they told me to go into an Hotel saying that I don’t have to pay anything due to them renovating my apartment but the hotel charged me $200. Were negative scores an option I would certainly be using it. Horrible company. I was in the military for more than a decade. I have lived all over the world and, of course, the States. WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. Slipped and broke my leg on the ice at their property in Antioch, TN. Had to have surgery. Guess who called and cared? Not them!! Demanded (not asked) my medical records and then silence. Never responded to my request for a handicapped parking spot in front of my building (pretty sure that's illegal). Took more ... read more
