Were negative scores an option I would certainly be using it. Horrible company. I was in the military for more than a decade. I have lived all over the world and, of course, the States. WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. Slipped and broke my leg on the ice at their property in Antioch, TN. Had to have surgery. Guess who called and cared? Not them!! Demanded (not asked) my medical records and then silence. Never responded to my request for a handicapped parking spot in front of my building (pretty sure that's illegal). Took more ... read more
I am trying to get in touch with Silver Station Apartments. They’re new apartments in Columbia, SC but I can’t get in touch with anyone about becoming a resident. I left multiple voicemails and filled out the contact form.
It's very clear why the ratings are so low for this company! I've lived in my apartment for over 4 years and have never paid rent late a single time! Yet if I'm to renew my lease, I'll be paying $400 more than when I first moved in. I received a letter in October saying my rent would be the same with renewal. I submitted that paperwork only to find out that in December they increased the rent another $50, and as of February first it will have increased again another $50.
