This is a great location all ages Park but the management could do more to keep the place cleaner and make the residents keep their places cleaner on the outside it has great amenities for kids with just a few negatives.
Living here has generally been a decent experience. However, it can be frustrating when minor actions are met with constant complaints, especially when similar behavior by other neighbors seems to go unnoticed.
Community visually is nice but do not let that fool you. Management needs to be investigated and changed. Current manager, Cindy, creates her own rules for certain residents and allows others to do whatever. She knit picks over the tiniest things only she does not like. Rent increases every year and the cost is not worth being here. Do not move here until they fix their management. Insufferable.
