Living here has generally been a decent experience. However, it can be frustrating when minor actions are met with constant complaints, especially when similar behavior by other neighbors seems to go unnoticed.
Community visually is nice but do not let that fool you. Management needs to be investigated and changed. Current manager, Cindy, creates her own rules for certain residents and allows others to do whatever. She knit picks over the tiniest things only she does not like. Rent increases every year and the cost is not worth being here. Do not move here until they fix their management. Insufferable.

Came here to check out places for rent, no one rent here they keep going up on their prices, it's a family park and the property manager won't let kids play in their scooters. She trying to cheat everyone out of their money.
