After stumbling upon Pedal Works Cafe for a meeting, I instantly fell in love with the vibe, coffee and amazing eclectic selection of LOCAL art, gifts and items. I’ve since started attending the Spin classes and yoga-style stretching. It’s more than a class and a coffee shop, it’s like a group of friends who have a vibrant and relaxing place to meet, connect and share. Owner Martha is an inspiration and does a lot to include all aspects of her community and beyond. Highly recommend a visit!
The Pedal Works Studio is a beautiful space for hosting parties and small events. The space is warm and cozy! Martha the owner, was very accommodating and helpful when looking after all the little required details that so many owners forget! I have been going to spin classes with Martha since the fall. These classes are really good. Martha applies a landscape and meditative thought process to her classes. A real motivator without the cheerleading competitive atmosphere. These classes are all about self improvement, guidance, and working at your best level for the day you’ve been given, with enough freedom to fight for the hill or just leave it because you are not up for it. I had the pleasure to visit Pedal Works Cafe and Studio today .. unfortunately I did know about that place before but the moment I walked in I felt the unique character of its arrangement and design ..the owner is friendly and told us the the story of the cafe. We had espresso and americano that we found of noticeable high quality .. the cafe will definitely be my spot for coffee in Kingston!
“Gals That Brunch” event was spectacular! Cycling, stretching through yoga poses and then a delightful tea and brunch meal were exactly what we needed to relax, recover and rejuvenate. Martha helped us feel challenges yet empowered! Highly recommended!
