I have been spinning at Pedal for 6 years after a friend recommended it when I moved here and was looking for any kinds of exercise classes to attend. I had done spinning before but not like this. Since joining Pedal, I haven’t looked back. Most recently, I have been spinning through my entire first pregnancy and just reached 39 weeks- all while spinning weekly. Cannot recommend this place enough! It has become a staple in my week and in my fitness journey. I first came here five years ago at the recommendation of a friend and am so glad I did. Cindy took me in right away, making me feel welcomed. The sense of community this place fosters is incredible. I’ve met some of my very best friends here. I wouldn't advise paying in advance for a package of physical training sessions. I paid in advance, but then had to reschedule my last three sessions due to family obligations. Cindy assured me that was not a problem, but when I circled back to reschedule, my messages were ignored and no refund was provided.

Pedal is my happy place. Love the vibes and constant encouragement from Cindy. She is a great instructor! Other cyclists/spinners always there to support one another. Lifting each other up is what it's about!
