Pedal is my happy place. Love the vibes and constant encouragement from Cindy. She is a great instructor! Other cyclists/spinners always there to support one another. Lifting each other up is what it's about!
Coming to Pedal Goshen is the best decision I could have made. It was not easy for me - I always say I “don’t do public well”, but from my first conversation with Cindy, she made me feel confident that I could do it. She has created an atmosphere that is welcoming, fun, and judgement free. It’s hard and exhausting and when class is over, I honestly can’t wait to go back. Thank you Cindy!!
Pedal has been an amazing experience and an important hub in my life. It's a safe space to improve health, clear your head, accomplish goals, and likely get a good laugh I have met great friends through Pedal and will be forever grateful 🫶 Cindy keeps us motivated and coming back for more 2+ years and counting for me ....it's home. I started spinning at the first pedal studio on St. John Street in 2014. It was and is still the best workout I have ever done and believe me I have tried every one. Cindy's motivation and teaching style is quite addictive. Classes are diverse and FUN. Starting the day with energy and laughter keeps my mind and body in check.
