AMAZING! My posture biking completely transformed after being seen by Ashley. I was able to complete my first century ride without injury or strain. Highly recommend!
Ashley did an amazing job with my bike fit—it genuinely felt like I was riding a new bike at the end of our session! She was attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. It’s also great that she and Natalie both have DPTs. They have an incredible knowledge base in human physiology and are able to incorporate it seamlessly into the fitting experience. If anyone in the Denver area asks for a bike fit recommendation, I will not hesitate to recommend Pedal Fit.
Natalie did a fit with me on two bikes and the difference in posture on bike, power to pedal, and comfort have been such a huge improvement for my cycling. Not only am I in a more aggressive / aero stance but I am way more comfortable. I used to be pretty uncomfortable in the saddle after 2 hours, but now I can ride all day with no major issue. **EDIT JAN 2025: For an update, over 2 years after leaving this review I have continued to see Natalie intermittently for updates on exercises to do and tweaks to my bike fit/riding posture. I have been fortunate enough to complete several of the long-distance rides that I had set as goals before injuring myself, and I can say with no exaggeration that Natalie's expertise and guidance on improving my bodily awareness was one of the main reasons I have been able to do these rides. I 10/10 recommend Pedal Fit. Ashley truly takes time to understand your full physical and biking needs. She's extremely thorough in looking at all the different pieces of the puzzle and providing helpful tips & exercises to compliment the fitting process. She's extremely helpful post-fit and looks to accommodate scheduling needs. Totally worth it!
