What a thorough, unrushed bike fit by PT, Ashley King. It makes such a difference to have a highly skilled bike fit by a PT who understands your body's limits and strengths. I will always head to Pedal Fit when I need a full fit or an adjustment.
Totally blown away by the skill and expertise of the ladies at Pedal Fit!!! Ashley completed a medical bike fit for me. I left not only feeling more comfortable on my bike, but she also sent me home with helpful exercises to keep me riding pain free! Would 100% recommend a professional fit by this crew if you spend any time in the saddle!
AMAZING! My posture biking completely transformed after being seen by Ashley. I was able to complete my first century ride without injury or strain. Highly recommend!
Ashley did an amazing job with my bike fit—it genuinely felt like I was riding a new bike at the end of our session! She was attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. It’s also great that she and Natalie both have DPTs. They have an incredible knowledge base in human physiology and are able to incorporate it seamlessly into the fitting experience. If anyone in the Denver area asks for a bike fit recommendation, I will not hesitate to recommend Pedal Fit.
Natalie did a fit with me on two bikes and the difference in posture on bike, power to pedal, and comfort have been such a huge improvement for my cycling. Not only am I in a more aggressive / aero stance but I am way more comfortable. I used to be pretty uncomfortable in the saddle after 2 hours, but now I can ride all day with no major issue.
