Thumbs up for Josh who fit my new bike. He took all the time that was needed to make sure the geometry of my bike was right for me. I left the store feeling confident and comfortable on my bike. Great service, and professionalism.
If I could give Josh at Pedal 10 stars I would. He went above and beyond to make sure my bike was ready for Ironman Boulder (which was yesterday). My bike wasn’t fit quite right and he spent 2.5 hours with me one day and when it still wasn’t perfect he spent another 45 minutes on it. The race went great! The bike fit perfectly and I wasn’t in any pain for 112 miles. Now that’s saying something!!!
They have built several bikes for us and every time they have exceeded out expectations.
