Andy and his staff have provided continuous, stellar "after sale support" for me. I suspect it is probably tough for many retail businesses to compete with direct internet sales, and bike stores probably feel this pain as well. Pedal of Littleton has just constantly reminded why there is great value in supporting a local bike store. They served as the middle man and dealt directly and non-stop in some issues I had with a manufacturer. Everyone I've worked with at Pedal has always been patient and professional

The folks in Pedal are always so friendly and willing to help. I recently brought a bike I bought used in for some gear troubleshooting and they quickly diagnosed the issue and had me on my way in less that 30 minutes. I did not catch his name, but the man with gauges who helped me took the time to explain to me what they fixed. As someone learning to take care of her own first bike, it was so appreciated. 100% recommend!
