The admission process and first couple of appointments went well. She said to always call when I needed anything or shoot her a quick text to reschedule. She never confirmed rescheduled appointments, barely texted back …. just poor communication and unprofessional overall. Not somewhere to go if you’re having real mental health issues
Reviewing on behalf of my soon to be wife. So I was helping my lady find somewhere to get some therapy mostly for anxiety and some other stuff my lady is working though. This place really let me down. At first it was really good. Administration process was smooth and the people were nice. But the therapist they paired my wife with after two weeks became very unprofessional.
