For health reasons this year, I needed to resign the lease. I am looking forward to my surgery, getting well, and moving out! The new owners allow numerous violations of the lease to go unchecked, such as, allowing residents to let drug addicted homeless people in units, and when a rent payer complains, they are told to call the non-emergency sheriffs number.
