The new manager is really trying to make a difference and it already shows!
Location is perfect and complex is beautiful and clean. Office staff is sweet and very helpful. No complaints. The best!
Very unhappy with my experience so far living here. We get bombarded with multiple emails a day. We've had bugs/roaches since we moved in back in May. They've been out to spray 4 times with no results, still as many bugs as ever. We had a bicycle stolen off of our porch and when asked if they could send out a message about it, their response was "that's not our responsibility." Calls are barely ever answered and voicemails are never returned. There's only ever one gate to the pool open so you pretty much walk in circles unti... read more
Would not recommend living here. Gates are always broken, my vehicle got broken into had to replace my window. They have security but only shows up once every so often and when he does they tow if you do not have your vehicle on the paper that they give you. Vehicles that aren’t on your apartment have to park in the front with visitor parking. Which is not fun when people come over, max people who can have a spot is 2.
