I have loved Pecos flags since I moved in back in June. I love that it is peaceful and quiet but family friendly as well. The people in the office are nice, and maintenance is done in a timely manner. I have no issues and this is my first apartment ever, and I’m glad I found them! I was able to do my application process right away and was approved in 2 days, love that I can call this place my home
We moved into Pecos Flats on June 28, 2025, after spending over three years in a terrible complex. I can honestly say this move has been one of the best milestones in my life. The transition was smooth, and the front office staff—including the manager—were incredibly kind and supportive.
