Staff was pretty rude. The woman at the desk told me to not let my dog go to the bathroom in there and I said ‘of course not’ and she said ‘that’s what they all say’. Thought that was pretty rude and unprofessional considering it’s a vet, helping sick dogs, so you may have an accident here and there. Also she laughed at me as I dropped everything in my hands on the floor as I was trying to wrangle my two year old and my dog (clearly having a hard time) who was excited about the other dogs in the room.
