Staff was pretty rude. The woman at the desk told me to not let my dog go to the bathroom in there and I said ‘of course not’ and she said ‘that’s what they all say’. Thought that was pretty rude and unprofessional considering it’s a vet, helping sick dogs, so you may have an accident here and there. Also she laughed at me as I dropped everything in my hands on the floor as I was trying to wrangle my two year old and my dog (clearly having a hard time) who was excited about the other dogs in the room. The vets demeanor was rude and dismissive. He showed not interest in the well being of my pet. He left the room without telling me the visit was over.He also did not ask if I had any questions or concerns.
