They are a great fuel company. Rachel spoke to me on the phone and she was kind and understanding. Todd made the delivery quickly and was very professional.
We are senior citizens who ran out of fuel on a Sunday on automatic delivery in Laurel NY. The company refused to refuel us or check our status leaving us in 40 degree temperature. This is horrible, unacceptable behavior which is unsafe. We have been regular customers for some time! Don’t use this company, they are rude and unreliable!!
Reliable, Friendly, Good prices. We have been customers with Peconic Energy since 2021 however, my parents have used them for wayyyyyy longer. Keep up the great service!
