We are senior citizens who ran out of fuel on a Sunday on automatic delivery in Laurel NY. The company refused to refuel us or check our status leaving us in 40 degree temperature. This is horrible, unacceptable behavior which is unsafe. We have been regular customers for some time! Don’t use this company, they are rude and unreliable!!
