Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was very unpleasant. One staff member was extremely unprofessional and patronizing toward me in front of other clients in the waiting room. She repeatedly argued with me and accused me of canceling my 11-year-old daughter’s appointment. She even suggested that my daughter may have canceled it herself, which is completely unrealistic—she is 11 years old, does not own a phone, and has a learning disability. For over 5 years I have had some combination (sometimes all at the same time) SI joint pain, BL hip pain, BL labral tears, bursitis, IT band and gluteal tendinopathy (mostly related to menopause!) I have worked with several physical therapists and a chiropractor for at least 3 years with minimal improvement, that never lasted very long. I couldn’t sleep - I would be up several times a night to change position, sleep on ice packs and rely on NSAIDS. I would not recommend they will terminate you if you miss appointments
Monica Perrino was amazing. I needed pelvic floor rehab after a prostate surgery. This was a new world to me & Monica really helped me get back on my feet. She explained everything in detail , answered all my questions, & took me step by step along the process. Its a bit of an awkward process but she made everything comfortable & reassuring. I am very happy I found her & am grateful for all her help. She is GREAT !
Pelvic Floor PT is not just for women! Monica Perrino has helped me return to normal in regards to incontinence and weak inner core following proctectomy due to prostate cancer. It's not just the results, rather the care and compassion in which Monica applied to my case. She also emailed numerous times in between visits to check on my progress my progress and address any concerns. She is definitely a "quality of life" saver to me!
