Went there for a cold/flu. Evaluated by nurse in exam room , she told me she would return with Flu & Strep test kits. She noted that my Temp was normal 98 9.. Told her I have a normal temp of 96-97 due to Hypothyroid( Wilson’s syndrome) that 98.9 is a high temp for me...I waited over 25 minutes for her to return, meanwhile hearing medical staff in vicinity talking about personal issues. I do NOT recommend going here. I went here on a weekend morning in the beginning of the year (2014) because I felt horrible. The PA listed to what I told him and diagnosed me with the flu without any test. (I later found out there was a rapid flu test that takes only 10 minutes he could have done). Two days later I returned because I was having a slight problem breathing. Doctor told me it could be an inflammation of my bronchi, gave me an inhaler. Don.t go there.Prescribes a drug not approved by the FDA. Thats serious!Try to talk to them about it.Nurse said file your complaint to the pharmacy and pharmacy said they always point the finger at us but who prescribed it? Yep.The PA. Nastiest group of people.Noone knows what their doing.
Took about an hour wait as a walk in on a Saturday. They were nice and pleasant they knew what they were talking about (as i thoroughly researched my problem . I was hesitant because of the people that gave 1 star. Definitely not worth one star, best advice I can give is go in and see for your self. Doctors visits are usually unpleasant because your sick, but they made it easy and comfortable.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Made an appointment at 4pm, the morons at the front desk forgot about me, 1 hr 15 mins later I was seen. 4 walk-ins that came in after me got treatment before me. Unprofessional establishment. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I went for the second time today to this clinic first time I was a walk in waited a while paper work was all done waited at least an hour and a half front was ok my dr. First time around was dr. Chen with her she was very nice second time appointment 12.30 pm I was seen at 1.00 pm front end did what they had to get me in seen dr.chen for a second time because I was very comfortable the first time my wrist was swollen had an x Ray got out all within a hour total from the time I got there everything went smoothly so maybe I go... read more
Do not go there. Incompetence runs rampant. They cannot get test results right. The left hand does not know what right hand is doing. Said my thyroid was fine, six weeks later saying cc results were abnormal. I walk around in a haze, not feeling well after 6 weeks. Still no answers from them. Find a different doctor!!!
