PH Emergency is the worst privately owned company I have had done business with. Avoid this company like the plague. To start, their crew came at a date and time when I explicitly told them I was unavailable, causing me to have to leave work early and unexpected. Their crew littered in my yard, and stacked the wood in an area of my lawn without consulting me, killing my grass. In the beginning everything seemed great. Kyle and crew did a great job at removing the tree inside the house, stayed in communication explained the plan. Unfortunately the tarp that was laid came off due to more rain and high winds. I called Kyle immediately he answered and put a ticket in on July 3rd, I to left a message, here it is now Monday, July 6th, made multiple calls, called Kyle again, we both put another ticket in. Very shady teams, liars, will show up and work after work hours, like late past 10pm, no communication, will cause damage to your property, leave behind trees and piles a debris (they were paid to take it too). VP made false promises! 🤷♀️ the BBB definitely heard from me.
2 star review simply because it’s harder to get them removed. However, I am implying a zero star rating. They left unfinished work, Misrepresented, one of young men lied to my wife’s face, was very disrespectful, caused property damage, committed direct trespass after ordered to stop work and to leave my private property, they refused. Company texted and confirmed they’d be there during 11am-3pm. Showed up after dark, and didn’t leave until after 10pm.
