Melinda Gentile was court appointed arbitrator. She admitted evidence post production against rules of evidence. She ruled that our 4 witnesses and 300+ photos and documents were not credible enough evidence of contractor malfeasance. She watched contractor perjure himself, falsify evidence and fail to produce any actual invoices, time sheets, etc. She socialized openly with the contractor and his attorney off mic.
