Going to this dentist was great, but they messed up with sending me notification that my insurance didn't cover my bill. Every time I tried to take care of getting the claim resubmitted, they office person would change how many times and ways I was notified, and that it was my responsibility to pay because of the time that was wasted the 1st 6 months when they were sending notification to my old address.
