He was my attorney in 2000 in a child custody case, was absolutely useless, I ended his employ.
Mr Peck was my attorney for child custody some years ago and I must say he is not a good attorney.i had to do all the leg work,research and tell him and end up losing my case.i felt like i was the attorney and he was the client ,it was bad.we ended up paying a different attorney from harbor springs who won the exact same case in a shorter amount of time.The only thing good about him was that he was a comic.
Mr. Elias Peck was very rude over the phone, told me to get my kid to be quiet as it’s very expensive to talk with a $350 an hour Lawyer with the distrusting child in the backround. I will gladly be taking my money elsewhere.
Mr Peck quoted us a price on the phone and the same price in his office and then billed us over double what he had quoted. I would not recommend him to anyone. He flat out lied and offered no reimbursement
