Loved this place - had the fresh seafood platter with an additional order of oysters and beets!
Food was tasty but they are not the most food allergy friendly. They fry in peanut oil and with their small menu that leaves the nut allergic with few options. The service was mediocre once they learned I had food allergies. It was clear the server was uncomfortable dealing with me. Also, when I ordered a second glass of wine I was told the wine wasn't chilled (after waiting 15 minutes already) so I had to get something else.
We spent our Good Friday here & we're extremely pleased! Our table of six enjoyed grilled royal reds, seafood salads, tuna crudo, a giant red snapper w/ a delicious Asian sauce, a whole redfish w/ chimichurri sauce & every side they offered! What a feast it was!! The red snapper was the hit of the night! Will definitely be back!!
I don't even like seafood and I was seriously impressed. Sides were incredible too: beets w horseradish sauce and Brussels sprouts were insanely good.
I never write on these but with this place I had to. Amazing food & staff.

My girlfriend and I had lunch here Thursday afternoon. She had the Royal Shrimp and I had the baked drum. Both were excellent! We came down from Wisconsin to enjoy the great food that New Orleans has to offer this restaurant is all that. The food was great, and the service was great. Will definitely visit again the next time we are in the Big Easy.
The food and service was excellent. Highly recommended.
Best hush puppies I ever tasted. The Honey butter is a must on them.
