Towed my Honda Civic to this shop because it was highly recommended. Waited a week for a diagnostic and had to call them for results. The woman who takes the calls told me I needed another transmission. Towed my car to a local Honda dealer today and in 3 hours was told by the Honda dealer that I had a hand loose sensor leaking fluid and that they recommend replacing to try saving the transmission.
