Loved it for the concert
Horrible venue. Was here for a concert with a VIP pre-show. During hour break between pre show and house opening, security squeezed several hundred people in a tiny space with 1 concession stand open. Bathrooms were beyond the boundaries we were held in. Then, when everyone else was let in and lines were long, we discovered that the only short lines were bars, who can’t sell soda without alcohol in it!!! Will never attend another event at Pachenga and the staff is pretty rude across the board.
