What a terrible experience.. The concert itself was great but parking was an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!! I would never attend an event at this venue again. City traffic surrounding the arena was gridlocked for 45 mins, we did not move. At all. Many people jumped out of cars in traffic to walk to the venue. The worst part is we paid for event parking 😂 it was 100% a waste of money. Whoever was in charge of directing traffic or the parking lots, should be fired. They failed miserably. Unfortunately, this arena lacked basic air conditioning for an almost sold out concert. Concert goers were feeling suffocated and got mild headaches. Staff didn't provide an answer for the lack of AC
