My family and I have lived here for several years. The apartments are great. I have no complaints. Management and maintenance are awesome.I definitely recommend Pecan Village.
RUN RUN THERE ARE BED BUGS! So this place was on Airbnb #15. It was old.sort of cleaned but not freshly cleaned. We got on super early like 3 am. Driving in from Dallas. We slept for fews hours. Then was greeted by a bed bug. We contacted the host and Airbnb. We were promised a refund but received partial refund. Host acted like they didn't know what this was... absolutely disgusting. 1 star for the prompt reply from the host

I’ve lived here since 2019 Quiet and nice place to live.
No human should have to live in an infested place. Unhealthy and unsanitary conditions. This complex has a German Roach problem. Tenants smoke weed outside so the outdoor areas constantly smell like skunk. Please please show some respect to yourself and your children and do not bring your family here. Weigh ALL of your options.
