Pecan valley is amazing the work they do is awesome, but Cindy the receptionist is SO unbelievably rude. Everytime I call I am extremely kind and respectful, and time and time again she is so disrespectful. Not nice!! Especially because most of the people calling are dealing with mental health issues.
I am so upset with this company that I can hardly type. I recently moved here and needed someone to take over my psychiatric care and mainly my prescriptions. I reached out and explained my needs to the initial representative who assured me that this organization would provide what I needed. During the first appointment, I was disappointed to learn that it was simply an intake interview. Absolutely terrible process wayyyyyy too long and as a teen you can barely get any help for mental health. Will never go back here again.
