I recently closed my new home in Pecan Square with David weekly homes and I am really happy with overall experience. I would like to give a big shout out to two persons Jake, the builder has been incredible. He was in contact through out the build process and he is available post closing as well by addressing all minor issues. I really enjoyed working with Jake Rachel, my sales agent is so much helpful. Not a great experience talking with the sales person and the loan agent. Couldn't even get to the price discussions stage. Can't risk making a big decision even in this market. The other 2 builders in the community I spoke with were a pleasure to work with.
Buyer beware and AVOID this company if you can. This is more of a mortgage company, less of a construction builder. Speak with loan originator and get to know yourself. Multiple friends from this community complained about the poor construction quality and warranty issues after moving in.
5 Stars I recently closed on my new home at Pecan Square with David Weekley Homes, and I’m very satisfied with the entire process and outcome.
