Owning a Toll Brothers home is an absolute nightmare. They don’t honor any warranty claims. I have constant standing water in my yard. A day doesn’t go by where trash from one of Toll Brothers messy job sites isn’t in my yard. We have windows we can’t install blinds on because they aren’t square. Our floor is coming, the humidity in the house is always over 70% even with our air set a 68. The landscapers put zero effort into grading or picking up trash from house. TOLL BROTHERS IS HORRIBLE
I've met and worked with hundreds of new home construction salespeople the last 17 years. Never has someone impressed me as much at the first meeting as Scott Stewart with Toll Brothers. His product knowledge and bedside manner are unrivaled. I'm hoping my Buyer pulls the trigger. If they do it is all because of Scott. He's all my Buyer's could talk about once we left! I need to step my game up! Thank you, Scott!
I bought my house 4 months ago and had been nothing but issues Have put warranty tickets and they don’t honor they just look at the issue close the ticket as resolved Defínetly been a headache dealing with them
