they can't maintane it lived there for a year and a half nothing ever got fixed talked to multiple neighbors and they all said the same thing "good luck getting them o fix anything" they can hardly keep grass mowed takes them months to do so dealt speeders our music all hours of the night wouldn't recommend his headache can find much nicer places for what they are charging
I love it here. It's peace and quiet. The rent is reasonable and the landlord is great. Best trailer park I've been in.
