Property managers April Lanthrip and Montie Dietrich stole $500 (tried to steal another $700) from my mom and I. Lied about the actual cost of the apartment on multiple occasions. Then refused to rent to us claiming "my standards are too high for them" because I reported the toilet seat wasn't attached to the toilet and the toilet paper holder was half missing.
