Do not rent from this guy! He seems nice at first but this has been my biggest waste of time and waste of money I think I have ever had in my entire life. We paid a 350 pet deposit and sadly not even a month later are small breed got sick and passed. We weren't even interested In getting another puppy until our daughter was spending 30 to 45min crying herself to sleep over her puppy. Not friendly.
I do not live nor have I lived at Pecan Plantation but I did have a friend that stayed there for a number of years and they did enjoy it and I did enjoy visiting. Very pleasant, very quiet, nothing outlandish about the place. The people I did encounter were always polite and and friendly.
