It's not too bad great neighbors and easy going. But ever since the park has gotten new owners the only thing that has gone up is the price of rent. When needing repairs or something looked at no response. Rent goes up quality stays the same or goes lower. A.C. no longer bowling cold air or not evening hold a strong air flow. Great location, quiet area and lots of space. I've heard prices are really reasonable, but I was only visiting a friend.
The home for rent wasn't up to daughters expectations. Holes in floor no air
I have been trying to get ahold of the community for weeks for repairs. No call backs, no email sent back, no communication whatsoever. My lease ends in a month and i want to make some changes to it, but can’t get ahold of anyone for that either. Hopefully a google review will get through to them in hopes of getting someone to communicate with me. I’d love to update this post to show the family oriented and beautiful atmosphere around here.
Great manager, great neighbors, very little light pollution, lots of trees, a brand new park an extremely quiet. I love living here.
