I hope and from im reading..the staff, dentist, hygienist, assistant are all very nice and making their patients feel at ease when coming in. This is wonderful to hear. I bet they are making up for the rude and inconciderate receptionist/appointment lady that works there. I seriously just wanted to cry after our call ended this morning . Or she hung up on me rather. She could have cared less...the reason I was having to call and cancel my appointment. Very hurtful.
I will most likely reschedule....with another dental office.
