I’ve been here for a few years now and the neighborhood is always kept up with and maintained. I’ve never had to worry about cutting the grass or my neighbors yard turning into a jungle. not having to worry about lawn maintenance was a huge plus for me. The neighbors are great, the most noise I’ve had to deal with after hours is when a storm rolls in and the 4th of July. I know somebody that lives here Rebecca she’s always having problems. Apparently pecan branch doesn’t do what they say. They’re supposed to and fix any of issues concerning the trailers so I recommend others live elsewhere because the office management is poor and they got nothing to do besides make other people lies miserable. How hard is it to get maintenance or hire someone to make repairs like you’re supposed to be doing and keeping up with the establishment of the trailer park.
I currently live here, the neighborhood is clean and kept up with and I have zero complaints about my neighbors. What I do find extremely bothersome is the fact that the staff will find a way to be in your home without you being present regardless of how you feel about it. They conduct home inspections and service calls during working hours only.
