Pecan Branch (PB) has been my home for four years, and I truly enjoy living here. The location is ideal—close to Downtown Georgetown and easily accessible to major highways, including the 130 toll road. With Costco, HEB, and Wolf Ranch nearby, everything you need is just minutes away. The PB office staff is professional and friendly, and does a great job maintaining a clean, well-kept community with reasonable rules that make our neighborhood beautiful.
