My husband and I have had our dog under their care for almost 5 years now. Up until this month we were very happy patrons of this veterinary practice. We adopted a cat, Archie, on May 11th from Pecan Acres through Dr. Sauzo’s wife’s organization “Pet Tribe”. Despite having asked for paperwork on the cat we were not given any information concerning his age or if he had any bloodwork done. We were rushed out of the building after paying for him. PA has always done a great job taking care of my fur babies. My youngest dog is actually excited to go and not scared at all. Very caring vet and wonderful vet techs/nurses.
I couldn’t ask for more! They know and treat us like family!! We needed a last minute appointment and they took us right in! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my little Morris !!
I honestly cannot say enough about Pecan Acres. Everyone is so compassionate, Dr. Suazo takes his time with each animal, and they all genuinely care about every pet. From my cat who just needs yearly check ups to my dog who is on medication for seizures, I couldn’t ask for a better veterinary office. My three pets are treated like family there and I wouldn’t trust their care with anyone else.
The community work they do!!
Such an incredibly caring staff that would literally do anything to help any animal in need. Their passion for animals shows through in their level of care. Would highly recommend!!
I have never met the staff in person, since I live in WI, however they were AMAZING to work with. They cared for my newest fur baby for me until he was able to transport to me. They answered my questions, kept communication open, and even sent a couple photos since I was so far away. :) much appreciated!!
