The iced tea was refreshing.
I work in the Eastlake area and eat at that location often, weekly. Today I accidentally ordered to the wrong location (my bad) and nothing could be done. Feels like good customer service would be throwing a bone to a loyal customer. Potentially make them more loyal? I'll pick somewhere else to make my go to.
This place has solid food and a really nice patio. My main critique is that almost every time I’ve done on a weekend evening, they have a DJ or some music that is played so loudly it’s hard to have a conversation. Tonight, I noticed that every patron there moved as far as they could get from the speakers, which you’d think would be a solid hint that it was too loud but he did not make any attempt to adjust and I think might have even made it louder.
