I would give zero stars if I could. This business is completely unethical. August 10, 2023 a representative came to our home and left us an estimate. We talked in detail about the project, he measured the area to be covered, etc. We talked A LOT about two areas on either side of our screen enclosure. I asked if we should take the screen down and replace it, or patch the area under the screen frame if we remove it at a later date. Our concrete patio was cracking and looking bad. We decided to try pebble stone. It was very expensive, but the salesman assured us if we kept it sealed it would look good and last a long time. The second year stones were coming off and it looked bad and needed resealed. We called and had a hard time getting them to come out, but we finally had it done and it cost approx $400 to reseal and do the repairs.
