Can you have your landscapers come at least after 8 am but not start cutting the grass at 7 am? This is disgraceful and disrespectful towards the tenants! Like who does that?
We just move in 6 months ago and I have to say this is one of the best managed apartments 1 could ask for. The manager Lisa is wonderful and is on top of it. Neighborhood is clean and quiet for the most part. The price is fair and even the laundry room is cleaned every week. I thought maintenance in general was always slow at apartments but not here. We had couple things that needed to be fixed and they came the next day. It was so fast my partner and I had no idea it was fixed till a week later 😂. Thanks lisa and Jose
I lived here for 9 years in my 20s/early 30s and I can’t recommend Pebbleshire enough. The buildings and property are really well maintained & pretty, clean, and VERY safe. Common area/hallway carpets are professionally cleaned often and the exteriors are powerwashed a couple times a year. Snow removal was very quick. We stayed at this place for 6 years and this has been one of the best complexes ever! The property itself is beautiful, with ponds and greenery and walking paths. There are two parks with trails right next to the place. And the best part about the property are the management and the maintenance personnel. They are very accommodating, friendly and responsive. We left this place only because we bought a home, otherwise this is a really great and affordable rental property in Vernon hills!
Our stay in this beautiful neighborhood was short for 5 months, but it was wonderful experience and we have no complaints regarding anything, management is good and entire staff is good , the condition of apartment is good and they are secure too
