Three years I stayed at this place and while leaving got the apartment professionally cleaned including sending receipts of cleanup to their office. Paid my rent on time for 3 years. And what I got nothing short of a christmas gift, instead of returning my security deposit they sent me a bill of $1200. SHOCKED and Amazed at the charges, replacing kitchen counter tops, washing the walls, $50 for cleaning kitchen cabinets. I mean are you kidding me ? I have been renting for the last 10yrs and never in my life have I ever came across a company that charges such insane damages upon their renters leaving. My fiance got a statement in the mail for $13,000 worth of damages which listed every window, door, blinda, trim boards, carpet, etc all need replaced. Along with the dishwasher being listed to replaced for scratches on the inside, the refrigerator needed replaced for a dent in the front, $60 for replacing light bulbs, etc.. I could go on and on.
