Roach infested, oven didn't work, only two eyes on stove worked, air conditioning kept failing, lack of maintenance, office never open, manager nonexistent (except on the 1st. Rent due.), security cameras don't work(someone backed into my car, called the landlord, she stated that the cameras don't work, $800 out of pocket), ROACH INFESTED.

shitty management, over priced and you only get one parking spot. they will get your car towed for any reason
I lived here in 2016. It has a motor inn motel suite feel. The office was hardly ever open, they provide heat during certain months air conditioning certain months There are two windows that do not open. Also TOWED my JEEP that was registered in their office, I just hadn't put the new sticker on yet. They recently had made the change to assign parking places. I was never able to come up with hundreds of dollars to get it out of the pound. It was all bills payed and overpriced. Renters beware.....
