Literally, my favorite spa in Rochester, Minnesota. So much more affordable and personal experience than Rejuvenate in Mayo Clinic. I’ve gone so many times that they know me but they knew me after just one time. I’ve had a normal massage, deep tissue massage with hot stones, facial several times that includes neck and shoulder work too, scalp treatment which I absolutely loved. Had the Northwoods Facial with Tyra….aaaahhhh-mazing!!! Loved the scalp and arm/hand massage with it. Loved every moment, from the minute I came into the spa, Chansoriya had a warm hand towel for me, offered me water and a place to relax until my appointment time. From the moment Tyra came to get me until we said goodbye, I felt like I was her only focus. The boutique is very cute and love their clothing and products. Love the cozy, “northern” feel of the spa and will be back again!
I chose Pebble on a recommendation from a family member. The therapist was very knowledgable about my stiff neck problems. We had a 15 minute discussion on how to manage the situation before the message started. I would highly recommend the 1 hour sport message for anyone with specific problem areas.
We chose Pebble Spa because we were given a gift card and thought it would be a nice treat. I booked a spa day for my boyfriend and me two months in advance. They called the day before to confirm, which was great—but then the day of the appointment, I got another call saying one of the services I had booked wouldn’t be available. Overall, the service and communication were poor, and the experience didn’t live up to expectations—especially for how much we paid. I won’t be returning.
