Love the place. Maintenance is top notch and the manager Mike is the nicest guy on earth. Very quiet and clean.
I went with my friend to apply here. She has good credit, makes more than enough and was denied. Two other places approved her - the corporate office wouldn't provide a detailed criteria and they pull it like youre getting a mortgage without explaining the details! The site manager was kind but corporate no thanks. The place is cheap because the units have cabinets and fixtures from 1974.
