Under new management and they don’t care about the quality of the tenants lives. They turn the water and gas off often with no notice to the residents. They have a new parking policy that does not allow guest to park in the parking lot. They give 1 parking pass per apartment the other household car must park on the street. The price you pay to live here has gone up and there are no amenities. Not worth the price or aggravation they are charging to live here. Good luck on your search but I wouldn’t pick here to live.
