Saying they are open on Sunday 10am to 5 pm, letting us make appointment for touring, but no one is in the leasing office, no one picks up a call, no self guiding tour instructions sent. This is unprofessional and unacceptable, total waste of our time. I doubt the residential management can be any better if this is how they treat future residents in the first place.
*Note I am not a tenant* I was a walk-in today to view a Pebbles Creek apartment. I was greeted by Faith in the leasing office, and she was truly amazing. Immediately, I felt like I could trust every word she said about the property. She was helpful, honest, and encouraging. Although we did not have any appointment, she showed us around the property and to an apartment we may have been interested in. Super quiet area. I saw some ants once, but maintenance jumped on it. The management staff is friendly. And there are good amenities like parking, storage, a pool, etc.
This is one of the friendlier apartment complexes I have dealt with. While there were some minor questionable points in the lease, it was altogether a much more favorable and permissive set of terms with only a few silly restrictions.
