*Note I am not a tenant* I was a walk-in today to view a Pebbles Creek apartment. I was greeted by Faith in the leasing office, and she was truly amazing. Immediately, I felt like I could trust every word she said about the property. She was helpful, honest, and encouraging. Although we did not have any appointment, she showed us around the property and to an apartment we may have been interested in. Super quiet area. I saw some ants once, but maintenance jumped on it. The management staff is friendly. And there are good amenities like parking, storage, a pool, etc.
This is one of the friendlier apartment complexes I have dealt with. While there were some minor questionable points in the lease, it was altogether a much more favorable and permissive set of terms with only a few silly restrictions.
3656 was our first family apartment, the laughter & excitement we created with our babies are now beautiful memories. You can’t beat this location for an apartment with beautiful tall tress looking out your window every morning. Exploring Northern California is a must. *Santa Cruz*, San Francisco & San Jose are great spots to sight see and explore. Are time at pebble creek was short and sweet.
