Moved in and glad I did. I was a tenant at another location about a mile away and the place was run down, the maintenance staff never came out and addressed their problems and worse they told me I was crazy when the floor was breaking and causing falls. Then I moved out and in to Pebble Creek. What a fabulous change! First Faith, the manager, wanted to make sure our place was fixed and ready to move in. If you are considering this apartment complex, this honest review is for you. I do not recommend this place. Here are some of the reasons. 1. Vandalism to cars. 2. Rent goes up every single year. 3. Entrance or exit from/to High street and Grimmer Blvd is congested and can be dangerous due to blind spots. 4. You are forced/required to use Comcast internet if you want to lease with them. This requirement is new to me. I am an ATT internet customer. Due to speed and reliability, I do not want to give up ATT fiber internet. So,... read more

Saying they are open on Sunday 10am to 5 pm, letting us make appointment for touring, but no one is in the leasing office, no one picks up a call, no self guiding tour instructions sent. This is unprofessional and unacceptable, total waste of our time. I doubt the residential management can be any better if this is how they treat future residents in the first place.
*Note I am not a tenant* I was a walk-in today to view a Pebbles Creek apartment. I was greeted by Faith in the leasing office, and she was truly amazing. Immediately, I felt like I could trust every word she said about the property. She was helpful, honest, and encouraging. Although we did not have any appointment, she showed us around the property and to an apartment we may have been interested in.
